Information you share

Inquiry forms save your name, email, selected product or experience, preferences, and any message you include. Newsletter forms save your email, consent, and signup time. Please do not submit payment-card details, government identification, or other sensitive information in these forms.

The holiday interest list

The holiday waitlist saves your name, email, selected item, size, color, quantity, holiday preference, optional ZIP code, how you found us, consent, and request time. We use these details to confirm your request, plan the collection and contact you about that item. This does not subscribe you to the general newsletter, reserve inventory, or place an order. The confirmation page reports whether a confirmation email was sent; a saved request alone does not establish email delivery.

Each new request receives a private withdrawal link in its on-screen confirmation and, when email sending is available, in its confirmation email. Anyone holding that link can withdraw the corresponding request, so keep it private. The website database stores a protected version of the link token, not the original token. We retain withdrawn requests as a suppression record so they are not automatically reactivated. Email Levi to request deletion, correction, or help if you lose the link. Separate product requests and newsletter subscriptions have separate preferences.

How information is used

We use inquiries to consider and respond to your request. An inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Newsletter signup is optional and applies to Field Notes, farm news, and product updates. A saved signup does not mean an email has been delivered.

Storage and service providers

Form submissions are stored with the website's hosting and database services. Confirmation emails are processed through Google when email sending is enabled, including your email address, chosen item and private withdrawal link. We record sending attempts to diagnose failures and avoid duplicate messages; sending does not guarantee inbox placement. When newsletter delivery is enabled, subscriber details may also be processed by our newsletter provider. We do not sell your contact information. Information may be shared with providers as needed to operate the site and respond to requests.

Your choices

Email Levi to request access, a correction, deletion of your submission, or removal from future Field Notes. Use the unsubscribe option in any marketing edition when delivered. Records needed for legal obligations or a transaction may need to be retained.

Links and site operations

Map links, reference articles, and email links may open another service with its own privacy practices. Hosting services may process technical request information for security and site operation. To limit repeated holiday-form submissions, we temporarily store an hourly-changing protected identifier derived from the connection address; the original address is not stored in the waitlist database. No advertising trackers are configured in this release.
